    Ping is a full-stack ISP marketing and advertising agency specializing in online media and customer acquisition. Our ISP clients' first marketing priority is to generate leads. With innovative and groundbreaking tactics for deploying highly targeted digital ads, and utilizing the best platforms at the best cost, we craft messages to inspire prospects to learn more about our clients' services or become a subscriber. We also monitor landing pages and funnels, engage in deep data analytics, and provide client sales teams with the training and coaching needed to close more qualified prospects, work with CRMs to document and track their sales process, and maximize results.

    KEY DELIVERABLES

    The Paid Social Media Buyer will be responsible for ensuring the success of Ping's digital ad campaigns for ourselves and our clients. This is achieved through the consistent creation, testing, deployment, and analysis of digital ads across multiple networks. Key deliverables will include the following:

    1. Analyze & Improve Ad Results.

    ● Complete a document outlining the KPIs for Media Buyer within 12 weeks of hire..

    ● Deploy one new ad series every two weeks for all assigned clients in the first 52 weeks after hire, excluding the first 4 weeks after hire.

    ● Run one complete A/B test on resulting in one new proven successful ad variable every week in the first 52 weeks after hire, excluding the first 4 weeks after hire. 

    ● Establish a baseline average CTR for previous direct response ads within the first 4 weeks of hire. Improve the average CTR across all direct response ads by 25% within 52 weeks of hire. 

    ● Come up with a central system to measure and track performance of various pieces of ad creative across all client accounts where they are deployed. Complete a plan to execute this within 12 weeks of hire and execute the plan within 26 weeks of hire. Until this system is implemented, track and record all media buyer KPIs manually.

    ● Track client ad expenditures and ensure that all client budgets are strictly adhered to within a margin of 10% of their allocated budget each month.

     ● Develop a system to track the error rate of published ads within 12 weeks of hire. Improve on the previous error rate by a minimum of 50% (tracked on a monthly basis) within 52 weeks of hire. 

    1. Test & Deploy Ads Consistently.

    ● Run a complete A/B test every single week

    • Take material generated by the Video and Graphic Departments and run them in ads against each other as A/B tests to eliminate underperforming pieces of content and identify winning elements.
    • Test various elements, including but not limited to copy, video, photos, CTAs, placement, optimization, objective, bidding strategy, etc. 
    • Document the current automation process and use that documentation as reference to  ensure that all automations are working throughout the various tests.
    • Regularly communicate with beta client to ensure that leads coming in are in-area and high quality. 
    • Consistently track the progress of all incoming, current, and completed pieces of content in the A/B testing queue in a manner viewable by other team members.

    ● Deploy new ads for all assigned clients twice a month

    • Take material identified by A/B testing as effective, and deploy it on behalf of Ping's clients.
    • Write copy designed to generate direct response from the targeted audience, in order to generate qualified leads.
    • Pass draft ads on to Client Success Representatives for submission to clients for approval, and implement any changes returned.
    • Launch all ads with no errors

    REQUIREMENTS

    ● 3+ years' experience in a digital, paid social media buying role.

    ● 2+ years' experience buying and optimizing direct response campaigns.

    ● 3+ years' experience with Facebook, Google, and Linkedin's ad buying platforms

    ● Experience within the telecommunications industry is a plus.

    ● A clean, dedicated remote workspace that presents as a professional office environment during video calls.

    ● Ability to work 50 hours a week and be available 7am to 6pm CST Mon-Fri.

    ● High speed internet connection for video conferencing.

    ● Sufficient computing power to handle the software used as part of the job. (This job requires a desktop computer with at least two monitors and an HD (1080p+) webcam.

    ● An outside-the-box approach to problem solving.

    ● Positive attitude and solid work ethic.

    ● Demonstrable ability to work and communicate well with others and be respectful.

    ● A passion for learning and technology.

    NICE TO HAVES

    ● Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business (or related area).

    ● A good balance between creative and analytical mindsets. 

    ● Certifications in Facebook Ads or Google Analytics related to ad management, media buying, and analytics.

    ● Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
