Level One Technician Admin/Intern Pink Hat Technology Management - Los Angeles, CA 90045 $18 - $25 an hour - Full-time, Part-time, Internship We are a boutique technology consulting company in West Los Angeles seeking to add a vibrant, can-do admin to help in our IT Service Department with Coordinating Dispatch and performing Level 1 IT technician duties (will be trained on this). The right person will be VERY detail-oriented and able to juggle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position is part time during weekday business hours, 20-30 hours per week to start as your schedule allows. It can definitely grow to a full time position for the right person. Responsibilities - Answering phones as backup to dispatcher - Monitoring and coordinating incoming service requests as backup to dispatcher - Manage basic client requests from start to finish - Maintain superior communication with clients - Implement and maintain backups for PCs and Macs - Perform routine maintenance on a regular basis - Administrative tasks as assigned - Occasionally work onsite with clients installing computers, printers, and other peripherals (depends on level of IT skills) Qualifications/Requirements: - Strong coordination/administrative experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills with good grammar - Great with computers (PC required, MAC a plus) - Skilled on Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel - A team player with strong attention to detail - Someone who can work independently and takes pride in what they create - Must have reliable transportation and be able to transport hardware as needed You will be tested, so please don't overstate your skills & experience.
