Moving experience is preferred but not required. We can train the right person with the right attitude.

What You’ll Do
As a Professional Team Leader/Driver, you’ll help lead moving crews and deliver a 5-star customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
Lead and motivate moving team members
Safely drive and operate moving trucks
Communicate professionally with customers
Protect customer homes, furniture, and belongings
Perform residential and commercial moving services
Solve problems quickly and professionally on-site
Help ensure every customer has an outstanding experience

What We’re Looking For
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Dependable, punctual, and reliable
Leadership, coaching, or team-building experience preferred
Moving experience preferred, but not required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day
Comfortable working in a physically active, team environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to pass a nationwide criminal background check, drug/alcohol screening, and MVR check
