    PINNACLE ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SUPPORT, a full-service environmental claims management firm in business for over 20 years servicing major oil and petroleum corporations is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our offices in Greensboro, NC. This position will initially telework as our offices are being kept at low capacity. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a unique industry!

    THE MARKETING COORDINATOR MANAGES THE DAY TO DAY MARKETING ACTIVITIES OF THE ORGANIZATION AND LONG-TERM MARKETING STRATEGY FOR THE COMPANY. • Manage all active and passive marketing efforts and activities company-wide. • Oversee the development of marketing, branding, or sales materials, including brochures, websites, ads or other materials, while working with vendors to complete projects within budgetary and time constraints. • Utilizing good digital marketing principles, oversee the growth of website, social media channels, and other digital marketing materials, while working with others to produce relevant content, measure effectiveness, and boost web presence. • Develop and oversee marking strategy including market research, competitive analysis, and targeted messaging, among other activities. • Manage sales and marketing campaigns, reporting on the effectiveness of said campaigns and activities, giving thought to the return on investment. • Assess opportunity to participate in trade shows, sponsorship events, and other strategic activities to present relevant marketing topics to customer audience, and lead the effort to prepare and deliver on such opportunities. • Oversees the day to day operations and objectives of marketing, external branding, & communication initiatives, including social media, industry articles and newsletter blasts, & initiatives aimed to exemplify and improve Pinnacle's industry attributes and standing. • Ad-hoc projects, including branding internal materials and work product to better represent the quality of the work produced

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: • Work requires an extensive knowledge of business communications and an excellent command of the English language, both oral and written. • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications and ability to learn proprietary in-house systems and client relationship management systems (CRM). MS Office Suites (Word, PowerPoint with emphasis on strong Excel skills). • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy. • Work requires aptitude to attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, documents and claims. • Strong project management/organizational skills. • Ability to use spreadsheets to analyze data and spot trends. • Understanding of customer segmentation. • Ability to travel as necessary. • Motivated self-starter, able to work with limited supervision. • Superior problem solving and decision-making skills with excellent analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, and find solutions to various marketing needs. • Formal presentation skills. • Social Media experience. • Knowledge of SEO and Google PPC including keyword research. • Persuasiveness: pro-activity and foresight to point out opportunities and risks to the business • Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages • Flexibility to quickly adapt to change. • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and excel in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. • Must work well in a team-oriented, dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, while also able to work independently, prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    $40,000-$60,000 per year.  Commensurate based on experience
