General Manager Cambria Rehoboth Beach Our soon-to-open 106-room Cambria Hotel Rehoboth Beach is currently seeking an experienced hotel professional to serve as General Manager and lead our brand-new hotel to new heights in the Delmarva area. As a property General Manager, you will be a champion of brand standards and exceed owner expectations. As part of the property team, you will help us “ craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maximize investor returns!" Responsibilities: • As General Manager you will lead and inspire each team member to provide an exceptional guest experience • Ability to identify operational performance, productivity and efficiency gaps and implement measures to correct deficiencies • Must be able to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to include forecasting, labor control and revenue reports • Develop the annual business plan and budget • Have a thorough understanding of revenue management • Must be highly focused on Sales at the hotel on a daily, weekly and monthly basis • Monitor and execute the daily, weekly, and monthly sales action steps as outlined in the marketing plan and lead the sales team to high levels of revenue generation • Have a thorough knowledge of necessary cost controls and procedures to maximize monthly and annual profits • Protects the hotel and its assets by enforcing and maintaining a preventative maintenance program Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of General Manager experience required in a life-style or full service hotel • Minimum 5 year experience at a premium-branded hotel required • Knowledge of local competition and industry trends • Strong leadership and professional image • Excellent decision-making ability and analytical skills • Be able to multi-task various job duties daily • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 yearly
