Responsibilities: Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Work from home and willing to travel to meet clients at their home Qualifications: Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Understand the sales process and how to use CRM Software • High school diploma or GED required bachelor's degree preferred • At least one year of experience as a sales representative • Financially driven by the motivation to earn • Hard-working, self-motivated, and highly organized • Focused and competitive • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 yearly
