Outside Sales Representative / Pest Control

Our ideal candidate will be both warm and likable as well as professional and driven. Our representatives are taught how to generate leads through multiple methods including but not limited to: direct sales, door-to-door, referrals, online selling, social media, and fair/home shows. Most companies only do door to door. We offer in house leads on a daily basis. We are interested in service minded individuals who can design custom solutions to meet the needs of each client and build lasting relationships. You will enjoy a flexible schedule and a responsive team that is as invested in your success as you are. Our sales team philosophy is rooted in the idea that the company wins when the individual wins and that caring for customers breeds customers for life. A first-year sales rep can expect to earn a minimum of $60k with no cap and a seasoned rep can earn upwards of $100k. REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in the pest control industry is preferred but not necessary You need 1-year prior sales experience and/or a burning desire to succeed in sales A professional appearance California Driver’s License Pass a drug test and criminal background check. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
