This is an outstanding opportunity to join a medical technology start-up. You will be one of the first hires and must have previous medical sales background with pre-existing physician , MSO , HMO , ACO , Hospital relationships.
Key Responsibilities

- Achieve annual sales goals.
- Maintains an understanding of key strategies and initiatives that support overall business priorities.
- Develops a sales pipeline by prospecting to develop opportunities, manage sales cycles, and close new business.
- Clear Understanding of products and solutions as well as communicating internally key competitor information, pricing and trends.
- Delivers the Sales/Marketing plan on positioning products/solutions to help drive new business. · Develop territory strategy to execute sales activities.
- Coordinate and deliver customer presentations, product demonstrations and final implementation training for customers.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships that results in customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage and update business relationships using the companies “Customer Relationship Management” system. (CRM) · Ensure that all administrative tasks (i.e., training modules, expense reports, sales forecasts, etc.) are completed promptly and accurately.
- Support Marketing by attending local and national meetings when needed which could be over the weekend. · Complete any other tasks as required.
- Targeted customers include but not limited to MSO, HMO , ACO , Hospitals - non-acute practices: Primary care, internal medicine, pain management, cardiology, orthopedic, etc. Qualifications Degree in related business/scientific field

- Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
