Our client is seeking a Program Manager to join their team!

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Responsible for management of performance, cost and schedule for multiple projects
• Provide customer with timely status of technical, fiscal, and programmatic issues
• Provide answers to daily customer correspondence
• Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, and develops solutions to program issues and problems
• Must have a "Hands On" management approach with a focus on continuous process improvement, bottom line financial objectives and meeting customer expectations

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong knowledge of U.S. MIL and NASA specifications as they relate to military and space level parts
• Proven track record in providing excellent customer service and a commitment to quality
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Team Oriented
• Strategic thinker
• Demonstrated ability to manage performance, cost, and schedule through the full life cycle of a project procurement
• Ability to travel internationally and domestically, 15-20%
• Strong command of English, Japanese language skills a plus
• US Citizenship

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Business or equivalent field (Engineering degree is a plus)
• 10 years related experience working with space/military applications
• Candidate must have demonstrated experience in program management of space level programs/projects-others need not apply for this position
