Job Title: Administrative Dispute Processing Associate
Position Summary:
As an Administrative Dispute Processing Associate at Pinnacle Recovery, Inc, you will play a key role in managing and responding to debtor disputes. Working under the supervision of the Administrative Support Supervisor, you will be integral in maintaining the effectiveness and efficiency of our client support operations. Your responsibilities will include processing dispute correspondences, utilizing our ticketing system, and ensuring all client interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and resolve dispute correspondences quickly and accurately in accordance with company policies and client service standards.
- Utilize the dispute ticketing system to track and manage disputes effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient approach when utilizing the dispute ticketing system.
- Assist in maintaining detailed records of all disputes and resolutions for accountability and compliance.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and company procedures.
- Provide feedback to supervisors on potential improvements to the dispute resolution process.
- Ensure all client interactions are conducted with professionalism and commitment to quality customer service.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role, particularly in handling disputes.
- Strong understanding of customer service practices and dispute resolution processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with using ticketing systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft Office proficient.
- Experience in a financial services or regulated environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
What we offer:
Hourly: $20.00 – $24.00 ($20,800 – $24,960 per year)
