We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter that enjoys problem solving and working with a team. This is a position that will provide training and development. The ideal candidate will be driven and enjoy working in a fast paced and competitive industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General Administrative duties including answering phones, greeting customers and assisting with front desk tasks
- Creation of detailed job descriptions based on client specifications
- Post ads on various job boards and social media sites
- Professionally communicate with clients and candidates promptly and proactively to ensure all needs are met
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews in person and via phone
- Participate in on-site meetings with clients and candidates as needed
- On-board candidates including on-site check ins, pre-employment drug screening, background checks and reference checks
- Initiate the hiring process by identifying qualified candidates to fill open positions
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to candidates
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiar with full cycle recruiting
- Previous experience conducting interviews
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Act as a team player and maintain a positive
- Highly detail oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently to problem solve
- Productively work in a fast passed environment where multi-tasking is required
- Ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes accordingly
