    Pinnacle Windows and Restoration is looking for Window & Door Outside Sales Representatives. Come join our talented sales team as an Outside Sales Representative. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets, is goal-driven, and has strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for establishing new business, signing window and door contracts, maintaining personal quota and maintaining client communications associated with construction projects. Sales Representatives report directly to the Sales Manager.

    Responsibilities:

    • Meeting with customers at site locations.
    • Meeting with Insurance Adjustors.
    • Presenting customers with different window/door products for their restoration needs.
    • Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.
    • Prepare and present proposals and sales contracts to customers, general contractors and insurance companies in a timely manner to close sales.
    • Manage insurance claims on the customer’s behalf. Common types of claims we handle are: Hailstorm, Tornado, Flooding, Fires, Wind Damage, Vandalism and Building Collapse.
    • Build outside relationships with General Contractors, Homeowners, Insurance Adjustors and Distributors.
    • Hitting minimum weekly and monthly sales production requirements.
    • Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events.
    • Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry.
    • Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers.

    Qualification or Requirements:

    • Applicants should have 1+ years of sales experience for this role
    • CRM experience preferred.
    • High school diploma preferred.
    • Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Handle multiple priorities in a fast pace challenging environment in a professional and timely manner.
    • Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Base Salary Plus Commissions- Unlimited earning potential ($40,000-$60,000/salary (depending on experience) plus commissions. Earn anywhere from $250,000-$500,000/year.

    • Periodic bonuses based on meeting and exceeding goals.
