_Pinno Buildings is looking for SALESMAN FOR OUR POST FRAME CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, you'd be working out of our Delavan Office. _

We sell Post Frame buildings including residential, commercial, agricultural,

equine/horse, mini storage and self-storage buildings. With over 40 years in business

we can provide quality and sufficient leads. We offer a performance-based incentives,

competitive wage and excellent benefit package.

QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• MUST HAVE POST FRAME EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF THESE PRACTICES.
• Follow up on leads, contacting clients interested in building a Post Frame building.
• After the sale, lining up and scheduling subcontractors needed, obtaining permits as needed.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and collect payments.
• Contact draftsman w/building specs.
• Perform administrative duties, keeping sales records and filing out expense account reports.
• Keep in touch with the client after signing with updates for when their project will start, check on jobsite, work with crews to make sure building is built to specifications and review the finished building with client.
• Must be detailed oriented and outgoing with a great attitude.
• Prep for, set up and work various Trade Shows.

JOB INCLUDES:

• Full time position with generous benefit package w/use of company vehicle.
• Wages are salary plus commission, based on sales of buildings with special incentive for making quotas.

ADDITIONAL INFO: This may be a perfect fit for someone with previous post frame work experience, but no longer can handle the physical building aspects of the trade. In a perfect world, you would have hands on Post Frame experience - if you don't - but are

a terrific Salesman - as in, can sell a 'ketchup popsicle to the lady in white gloves' kind of salesman, then please apply.
