Hi, I’m Ginger Morrissey, owner of Pin Point Physical Therapy. I want to share with you the vision and mission that drive our practice. However, the reality of being a physical therapist can sometimes be disheartening. Overworked therapists, high patient loads, and a lack of focus on modern treatment methods can leave both patients and therapists feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. That's why we decided to create a different kind of practice.

Competitive Salary: We prefer our physical therapists not to work multiple jobs to support their living (Unless they want to) to prevent burnout. So we make sure our Salary and Benefits Package are reflective of that.

Advancement Opportunities: Those who play a key role in expanding current business advancements (both in the growth of the company and development of our services/offerings) will be given an opportunity to be clinic director and potentially part ownership may be provided as options for advancement.

All Patient Evaluations and Sessions are 1-to-1. This allows you to give the patient your full attention, and get your eval documentation done in a timely manner.
