Pinpoint Precision Engineering is seeking a self-motivated and ambitious Marketing Assistant to support our leadership team. The Marketing Assistant must enjoy working in a fast paced environment, eager to learn, and can work independently to identify and strategize key metrics to improve the marketing process of the company.
Anticipated Start Date: March 11, 2024
Required Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree in Marketing - Bachelor’s Degree a Plus;
Experience with creative and technical proposal writing skills a plus;
Great relationship building and interpersonal skills;
Strong research and analytical skills;
Must be technology driven;
Must have working knowledge and experience with collaboration tools and software (i.e. CRM, Google Workspace, etc…);
Must possess a valid driver’s license;
Experience with graphic design tools a plus (i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc…);
Strong Knowledge of AI usage a plus; and
Photography & Drone Skills.
Responsibilities:
Track upcoming state, municipal, and private sector project opportunities;
Collaborate with the team to write RFP & RFQ proposals;
Regular review and development of marketing materials (resumes, company profile, brochures, etc…);
Send company materials to partners when requested;
Conduct industry research to benefit marketing efforts;
Attend networking events;
Assist with designing email campaigns and analyzing campaign analytics to improve overall efficiency;
Visit various job sites to create photo and video content; and
Assist with event planning and management.
