    About the Role:

    Our client is a biotechnology company who is currently undergoing growth and conducting innovative research. They are seeking a temporary HR Analyst who will serve as the lead for technology processes in the company, especially those on Workday. They will be responsible for all tasks related to Workday, including overseeing all Workday data and training. 

    In this role, you will have many opportunities to work with experienced, knowledgeable members of the executive team, including the Director of HR Technology who you will report directly to. This is a fully remote position and will last at least 3-6 months. The person who fills this role must be able to work well in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

    What you’ll do:  

    • Oversight of all Workday business processes and data, including system configuration, security role design and maintenance, mass loads, training development and execution.

    • Work in close coordination with other HR team members and build key partnerships with IT and Finance.

    • Work closely with Director, HR Technology to understand evolving business requirements and how this impacts new demand, Workday design and functionality, and data quality.

    • Collaborating daily with key process and data stakeholders within the internal HR organization (UK & US), IT & Finance.

    • Developing and maintaining clear documentation on all configuration design, business processes and necessary work instructions.

    • Responsible for day-to-day, ongoing maintenance, processing tasks within the systems including creating new locations, supervisory orgs, updating job profiles, and salary ranges, and other system requests coming from the business as well as partner teams.

    What we’re looking for:  

    • Minimum 5+ years as a hands-on HRIS Manager experience. Previous experience managing

    • People System’s team is required.

    • Strong working knowledge of Workday is required.

    • Strong functional and technical experience in Workday components such as Core HCM, Onboarding, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Benefits, Workday Payroll, Talent/Performance, and Advanced Compensation is required.

    • The ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities

    • Experience with HRIS products and vendors with good understanding of trends and best practices.

    • Ability to engage and influence leadership of cross functional teams

    • Bachelor’s degree or equally relevant work experience.
