As our client’s Controller, you will oversee financial operations for a company in the SF Bay Area who is a leader in their industry.

~ Top Requirements of the Controller ~

• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager
• Experience in corrections and CAM reconciliations
• Proficiency in financial budgeting and reviewing financial reports
• Strong leadership skills
• Flexibility to adapt to accounting procedures and openness to improvements
• Preferred hybrid or in-person work setup

~ What You'll Do as a Controller ~

• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and asset management
• Provide targeted acquisition, development, and management services for multi-tenant properties
• Enhance property value through development, redevelopment, repositioning, and cosmetic enhancements
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve investment objectives
• Safeguard investor capital while delivering healthy returns

~ What You’ll Bring to the Controller Role ~

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 7-10 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and asset management
• Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager software
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Prior experience in real estate investment, brokerage, or management
