    Accounts Payable Clerk

    About the Role:

    Our client is a versatile real estate company seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk. As the AP Clerk, you will work with all parts of the accounts payable system, principally those related to invoices.

    What you’ll do:

    • Responsible for coding and batching invoices, weekly check runs, processing expense reports, and maintaining positive vendor relations.
    • Assist in the preparation of schedules and gathering of information as required for audits that occur throughout the year and other duties as assigned.
    • Perform complex multiple entity allocation journal entries, G/L analysis and bank reconciliations.

    What we’re looking for:

    • Three years of Accounts Payable or Accounting experience is preferred.
    • MS Office proficiency, including Word and Excel
