About the Senior Accountant Project:
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a vital role in our client’s finance team, assisting with various accounting functions and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, flexible daily start time
Duration: This is a temporary assignment spanning 6+ months
Hourly Pay Rate: Up to $65/hr depending on experience
Workplace Location/Type: Hybrid (Mon, Tues, Wed and Thurs In-Office, Fri Remote)
Requirements of the Senior Accountant:
Must have proficiency in Netsuite
Previous experience in product-related environments is highly adventageous (Retail, Apparel & Fashion, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, etc.).
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Strong knowledge of GAAP.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:
Reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
Assist with Accounts Payable processes.
Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations.
