Our client is a leader in biotechnology that ultimately exists to help patients. Millions worldwide are afflicted with genetic diseases, but small patient populations and industry reluctance to conduct early-stage development means that for many, treatments have not been forthcoming. They strive to change that.

This is a temp position that will last from 3-6 months that will be performed remotely aside from one day in the office a week.

About the Team/Manager

• Currently, the AP team has 11 people, 4 are perm and 7 are temp.
• They will be implementing Legacy
• They use Stamply to enter invoices
• The manager is very knowledgeable, caring, and detailed.

What You’ll Do:

• Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
• Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
• Analyzing workflow processes
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
• Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
• Processing due invoices for payments
• Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges
• Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in AP
• Must have experience with SAP
• Someone who really knows how to generate various SAP payment types.
