Our client specializes in the Silicon Valley real estate market and has an impressive long-term portfolio. They have developed projects ranging in size from a stand-alone retail store to multi-use city centers containing millions of square feet of building areas.
What you’ll do:
- Perform month-end close
- Monthly Bank Reconciliations
- GL schedules – create and maintain accounting schedules and support
- Consolidation
- Flux explanations – perform general ledger account analysis
- Perform cash flow projections
- Monthly Capital Call/ Loan Draw
- Team with Property Manager, Project Manager and Asset Manager in the operation of commercial properties
- Perform A/R and A/P activities in property portfolio
- Ensure that all property and tenant lease input information is up to date and correct
- Perform common area cost allocation billing and reconciliation
- Assist with development and implementation of internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Assist with year-end audit schedule preparation
- Assist with other special projects as needed
Top Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance
- 1–2-year candidate (public accounting or private industry)
