    Who They Are:  

    Our client is a family-owned franchise business located in Fairfield, California. Included in their real estate ventures are over thirty franchise locations and 800 employees. As a business, they also own some of their franchise’s buildings as part of their real estate portfolio and they are looking to expand their business with additional commercial real estate opportunities. This is a chance to work with hands-on owners and a collaborative team. Management is very “people first” and are known to treat their employees well.

     

    About the Role:  

    This is a great role for someone that enjoys a small, collaborative working environment who wants to lead the overall strategic and daily operations for a stable and growing family-owned franchise business. We placed their Controller and Payroll Specialist this candidate will have an opportunity to work with as well.

     

    Top Requirements:  

    • 5+ years of multi-location operational experience in restaurant or service-related fields
    • Direct responsibilities of 15+ locations with at least 3 direct reports
    • Experience managing high volume or similar fast-food multi-unit operations
    • Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations.
    • Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
    • Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment.
    • Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
    • Possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.

     

    What you’ll do:

    • Work with each store manager on daily operations of their restaurant location
    • Develop, coach, and train managers and staff
    • Increase performance and sales level for all restaurant locations
    • Establish budgets and align to company goals
    • Ensure all COS are monitored and analyzed
    • All restaurants operate in a safe and secure manner, including food safety, cash controls, employee issues, and other general liability
    • Responsible for productivity and staffing that is appropriate to the company goals.
    • Monitor period analysis and initiates action plans as necessary.
    • Maintain and support the highest customer satisfaction for each location
    • Administer required client/customer surveys (and other feedback instruments) and respond in a timely and effective manner.
    • Assist in customizing programs to meet each location's unique needs as required.
