    Who They Are:

    As a leader in biotechnology, our client’s main purpose is to help people around the world that are afflicted with genetic diseases. They can do so by creating early-stage treatments that provide hope to patients and their families. They are currently working on a critical implementation project where they’re looking for an expert in purchasing to help them navigate this period.

     

    What You’ll Do:

    • Review and be accountable for New or Change Supplier requests to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance within company requirements
    • Ensure Suppliers have received and respond to Supplier Onboarding requests
    • Minimize company payment risk by verifying banking details
    • Maintain accuracy of Supplier record data in Oracle NetSuite and Coupa systems
    • Research Supplier records for duplicates or inconsistent information for improvement
    • Maintain organized work around priorities
    • Trouble-shoot Purchase Order, Supplier Add, Invoice challenges
    • Follow and improve department processes
    • Drive quality and transparency by updating Procurement logs
    • Attend meetings and training
    • Create Ad-Hoc Procurement reports
    • Be involved in finance accounting projects with impact on Procurement
    • Work closely with Accounting and Finance on month-end close and budgeting projects
    • Delight Internal Customers and Business Partners through excellent Customer Service

     

    What You’ll Bring:

    • 3-5 years of Supplier Master experience (desired)
    • Minimum Associate Degree or higher (desired)
    • Experience in Supplier Master processing in NetSuite and Coupa (desired)
    • Experience in banking requirements to enable accurate Supplier payment records (desired)
    • Biotechnology industry experience is a plus
    • Must have the ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
    • Must have experience working in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment
    • Outstanding organization and detailed orientated skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Demonstrated ability to use critical thinking to enable novel solutions.
