    Pinpoint Talent has an immediate opportunity for a Director of Finance.

    As the Director of Finance, you will oversee financial operations for two properties, ensuring compliance and maintaining financial objectives while providing mentorship and guidance to the Finance/Accounting Department.

     

    ~ Top Requirements of the Dual Property Director of Finance ~

    • Minimum 4 years of related work experience in a similar role

    • Industry experience in Hospitality, Hotel, or Wine

    • Bachelor's degree required

     

    ~ What You'll Do as a Dual Property Director of Finance ~

    • Manage cash flow-related issues and coordinate forecasts and budgets

    • Analyze financial data and advise management on maintaining financial objectives

    • Establish and audit internal financial controls

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational taxes

    • Prepare financial reports meeting various deadlines

     

    ~ What You’ll Bring to the Dual Property Director of Finance Role ~

    • Minimum 4 years of related work experience, with hospitality management experience preferred

    • Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance

    • Strong analytical skills and ability to assimilate complex information

    • Excellent communication and listening skills

    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
