    Senior Technical Recruiter

    Who They Are:

    Our client is a successful consulting firm looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join their team. Your first project will last between 6-12 months, or possibly longer. This role is focused on scaling the organization by providing key talent acquisition services. This is a remote position.

    As a Talent Partner, you’ll help execute recruiting strategies that include sourcing, build strong pipelines, and providing a best-in-class candidate experience. We are looking for someone that has a proven track record of proactively sourcing candidates and developing strategies to attack and identify talent pools.

     

    What You’ll Do:

    • Partner with hiring managers to source and cultivate high-quality candidates
    • Build scalable sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates
    • Maintain a pipeline of top talent and facilitate ongoing movement in the interview process
    • Ensure strong communication and collaboration across hiring teams and leadership
    • Promote our employer brand while utilizing various advertising techniques to attract top talent
    • Achieve results in a fast-paced, ever-changing, growth-oriented environment
    • Define top talent with industry expertise within Go to Market, Customer Experience, Marketing, G&A, and Technology

     

    Top Qualifications:

    • Have 4+ years of recruiting experience, with emphasis on scale
    • Have experience with Notion, Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and Gem (or similar tools)
    • Understand the benefits of using a metric-driven approach to tracking and running pipeline
    • Have successfully built a pipeline for tough to fill roles
    • Are a self-starter, passionate, ambitious, and have a "can-do" attitude
    • Are highly self-motivated, can work independently, and are people-oriented
    • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Have created or helped improve sourcing strategies focused on DEI
