    Pinpoint Talent is seeking a talented Financial Analyst

     

    As our client’s Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our asset management team by developing and maintaining a robust database and business intelligence infrastructure.

     

    Hybrid Details: 3-4 days in office per week

     

    ~ Top Requirements of the Financial Analyst ~

    • Degree in finance, economics, or related field
    • Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities
    • Experience in financial analysis, particularly in real estate

     

    ~ What You'll Do as a Financial Analyst ~

    • Develop and maintain database and business intelligence infrastructure
    • Construct financial models for investment evaluation
    • Design dashboards for performance tracking
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for budgeting and forecasting

     

    ~ What You’ll Bring to the Financial Analyst Role ~

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Economics
    • 3-5 years of financial analysis experience
    • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
