    Who They Are:

    We have a client that is looking for a highly energetic Office Manager to provide administrative, and facilities management to their team and office to ensure smooth and efficient operations. As innovators in the gaming industry, they have recently been catapulted as new customers discover their many successful publishing titles.

     

    What You’ll Do:

    • Be the “Face of the company” to all visitors and concierge to employees
    • Source and manage vendor relationships to ensure the office runs smoothly
    • Manage all office administrative and facilities-related functions and ad-hoc projects
    • Be the culture ambassador for our employees. Not only are you excited to come to work every day, but it is your duty to make sure the rest of the team is too; Promote a healthy work culture, employee engagement and overall team satisfaction
    • Plan and execute company events (on and offsite)
    • Manage Administration budget and expense all related expenses
    • Assist with onboarding process (including buddy assignment, office tours, and more)
    • Manage company’s commercial subleases
    • Manage building subtenants and tenant relationships and related issues
    • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement including managing moves/add-ons/changes
    • Negotiate the purchase of office supplies, equipment, etc. in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions
    • Captain for safety/fire issues of the building
    • Coordinate cleanliness and general organization of the office
    • Manage the company’s incoming and outgoing shipping needs.
    • Manage and develop Food and Beverage Program
    • Intra-office communications
    • Office liaison – assist with office functions as teams are remote working
    • Pandemic – response lead to ensure a safe return to the office

     

    What You’ll Bring:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
    • 4+ years office management experience
    • Event planning and management experience
    • Highly organized and detail oriented; able to juggle, prioritize, and keep track of multiple tasks and projects
    • Ability to multi-task, work independently with minimal supervision, and make and communicate the rationale behind key decisions in a constantly evolving fast-pace work environment
    • Strong project and time management skills with a high level of intuition and judgment
    • Must have a “can do” attitude – no job is too big or small; problem solver
    • Ability to take on ownership of projects ad hoc and drive them from beginning to end
    • Seasoned cat-herder – Can plan lunch for the executive team, meet office vendors, do a presentation to the whole team, and plan/book a team building event with time to spare all in one morning
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-motivated and proactive; creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
    • Self-assured and energetic self-starter; proactive about learning and motivated to take on additional responsibilities over time
    • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to integrate quickly into a small team and represent the company with integrity
    • Proficiency with Concur and Microsoft Office a plus
