Assistant Maintenance Technician

Role Overview:As the Pinthouse Pizza Assistant Maintenance Technician, it is your primary responsibility to keep all Pinthouse Pizza locations running well and looking good.

Role Responsibilities:

Work with the Head Maintenance Technician to plan and maintain the overall good, working order of each pub. Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Painting

Staining

Sanding

Sealing, etc.

Keep all pub equipment clean and properly maintained

HVAC

Regular Maintenance and Cleaning

Filter Replacements

Troubleshooting and Repair

Clean and Maintain Restaurant Equipment & Appliances

Ovens

Refrigerators

Freezers

Glycol Chillers

Cold Tables

Ice Machines

Arcade Maintenance

Fleet Management

Taking the trucks/vans in for oil changes etc.

Basic maintenance and trouble shooting

Forklift Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Generate weekly report on the status and condition of all assigned maintenance tasks to be rolled up to Head Maintenance Technician

Carpentry/Framing Skills

Masonry Work

Welding

Stainless Steel and Other Metals

Sanitary Welding a huge benefit

Role Requirements:

Min of 2yrs experience with industrial equipment trouble shooting and repair

Flexible schedule, including weekends and some overnights

Current Drivers License

Own Tools

Own Vehicle

Smart Phone/Tablet Competency

Previous Experience with CMMS tools a plus

Pass a background check

Physical Requirements

Primal functions require physical ability to work at location; to stand for prolonged period of time to frequently stoop, bend, crouch, reach, and twist: to lift, carry push, and/or pull moderate amounts of weight up to 100lbs; ability to climb ladders; to operate tools and equipment requiring hand movement and fine coordination
