About Us

The Pioneer Bakery Café is a unique collaboration between McArthur’s Bakery Café and Lafayette Industries. We are proud to provide a dynamic, fast-casual training program that helps adults with intellectual disabilities build meaningful front-of-house and back-of-house skills. As we continue to grow, we are looking for friendly, motivated individuals who are excited to support our mission while creating a warm and memorable experience for our guests.

What You’ll Do

Greet guests with enthusiasm and take orders accurately

Deliver food and beverages promptly with a smile

Keep the café clean, organized, and inviting

Assist with simple food prep and drink service

Help restock supplies as needed

Compensation

$15–$16 per hour, based on experience
