Job Description

Summary:

This position will be responsible for converting the current ERP to Infor CloudSuite SaaS and developing and implementing new systems and modifications to improve processes and operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of conversion from current ERP to Infor

• Assess effectiveness of current system; plan, design and implement new applications and other enhancements

• Perform necessary tests and audits for modified and new systems/processes; provide post implementation support

• Prepare reports and recommendations that address existing and potential issues in operating systems across organization

• Performs other duties as needed

Requirement and Qualifications:

• Direct, hands-on experience with one or more core software applications, including ERP (CloudSuite), EAM, CRM, PLM, BI, B2B/Middleware Mapping and Infor OS and their development tools: ION, MEC, Mongoose, Birst, Infor CloudSuite, (Mongoose), SAAS

• Proven experience in overseeing and executing the design, development and implementation of software and hardware solutions, operation and analysis of database hardware, software, and standards, as well as data retrieval methodologies and business applications

• Experience with all phases of the SDLC, working in process manufacturing, data privacy practices

• Technical and working knowledge of MS .NET (VB/C#) programming languages, Infor Mongoose, Crystal Reports and importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs and flow charts

• Excellent organization and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced team environment

• Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required and communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language

• Ability to work a low volume, rotating on-call schedule
