Job Title: Pipe/Punch Out Foreman

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pipe/Punch Out Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in pipefitting and construction, and a commitment to maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of pipefitters and punch-out crews to ensure project goals and deadlines are met efficiently and safely.
- Coordinate with project managers, supervisors and other foremen to plan and execute pipe installation and punch-out tasks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to oversee project progression, promptly identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality control standards, fostering a culture of safety and excellence within the team.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Manage resources effectively, including tools, materials, and labor, to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time management for reporting and project tracking purposes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to provide updates and address any concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in pipefitting and/or punch-out duties within the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to project needs and deadlines.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the industry.
