We are currently hiring experienced Marine Pipefitters to join our team at a busy shipyard. This position is ideal for mechanically inclined professionals skilled in fabricating, installing, and repairing piping systems aboard vessels. Must be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

• Layout, fabricate, and install marine piping systems using schematics and blueprints

• Cut, thread, bend, and weld pipe to required specifications

• Install and test piping systems including fuel, water, hydraulic, steam, and air lines

• Fit pipe hangers and supports

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control requirements

• Collaborate with other shipyard trades to complete projects on time

• Work in confined spaces and at various heights as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a marine pipefitter in a shipyard or industrial setting

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Skilled with tools such as pipe cutters, threaders, torches, grinders, and welding equipment

• Knowledge of various pipe materials (copper-nickel, steel, PVC, etc.)

• Must be physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs

• TWIC card and OSHA 10 preferred (or ability to obtain)

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Willing to work overtime and weekends as required
