Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who will work closely with our VP of Marketing and the rest of the marketing team in designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to increase leads and sales. What You'll Do as a Digital Marketing Manager
Execute and drive improving performance (via testing, learning, optimization) of a range of marketing programs including email marketing, online advertising, events, social marketing, search engine optimization, paid search, etc.
Use analytics to measure, evaluate, and report against goals and performance of all demand generation programs across channels.
Employ integrated campaign approach to increase the consistency and impact of demand generation activities across all channels.
Grow and engage target audience through all channels.
Help with scoping, planning and execution of events (virtual, webinar, live, etc.)
Support the sales and marketing effort, including database segmentation, lead scoring, etc.
Collaborate with Business Development and sales teams on the strategy and build of sales enablement programs.
Continually test new programs and optimize existing ones to identify where to focus marketing cycles and budget.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree
4+ years of B2B demand generation/marketing experience
E-Commerce experience
Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, other demand generation tools
Passion for understanding data, analyzing results, and optimizing marketing efforts
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Written communication skills
Experience working with sales teams
Advance experience in ppc, seo, sem, social media
Bonus!

Up-to-date Google certifications for analytics, ads, etc.
Experience in Biotechnology
