We are conducting a confidential search for a Piping Engineer to support industrial engineering projects based out of Birmingham, Alabama. This role will focus on piping system design, engineering calculations, and project execution support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support piping system design for industrial facilities
• Perform pipe stress reviews, hydraulic calculations, and piping system evaluations
• Review layouts, tie-ins, routing, and constructability considerations
• Coordinate with mechanical, process, structural, and project teams
• Support construction packages and field implementation

Qualifications

• 5–20 years of piping engineering experience
• Experience in heavy industrial or process environments
• Strong background in pipe stress and hydraulic calculations
• Familiarity with industrial piping codes and standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
