Information Technology (IT) Recruiter (Permanent, Salaried + Commission/Bonus/Stock)
At Pira Consulting we are hiring an Information Technology (IT) Staffing-Focused Recruiter on a salaried + commission/bonus basis.
At Pira Consulting we are focused on delivering quality IT candidates to our clients every time. We are looking for that experienced Recruiter who can hit the ground running and complement our other tenured Staffers and Recruiters. As we continue to open doors and build more relationships, we strive to gain market share in the Greater Minneapolis/St. Paul market and ultimately grow nationwide.
You will have immediate access to multiple open, direct contact, non-VMS, limited competition requirements here in the Twin Cities area, and some out-of-state business as well.
We are looking for someone with 3+ years of professional Information Technology (IT) related staffing experience, ideally, but not mandatory, in the Minneapolis/St. Paul market.
Pira Consulting is a growing, multi-skillset, professional IT staffing agency headquartered in the Twin Cities area. We offer all 3 different types of staffing opportunities including contract assignments, contract-to-hire scenarios, and permanent placement staffing for our various clients.
The one thing that we do not do is temp agency-related placement. We feel strongly that while true temp assignments can be helpful to any individual in a tough spot financially, most individuals are looking for positions to help grow their career for the long haul and we therefore specifically focus on each person's different personality, strengths, weaknesses, desires, preferences, and needs to place them into great long-term opportunities. We demand that our recruiters focus their efforts around understanding each consultant’s specific goals, unique skills, and particular interests to match each person to organizations/positions for a win-win employee/employer partnership.
