    The ideal SE possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, is driven to proactively address the client's current and future needs, and can facilitate the sale process from the presentation of features and benefits, to overcoming objections, and finally, to securing a signed contract. You need to be able to contribute to an increase in top-line revenues and conduct business relationships at the highest of standards set by Digital Polygon. The SE must understand, appreciate, and be passionate about digital marketing and technology solutions and all they encompass relative to the success of our clients’ businesses. You must be entrepreneurial in ability & spirit, disciplined in follow-through & documentation, and accountable to & process execution. As our SE, you will have a provable track record of high success in strategic and consultative selling. You report directly to our CEO.

    Primary Responsibilities & Requirements

    The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct live and remote presentations, document results, and plan & execute follow-ups.
    • Execute the defined sales process and methodology for each prospective client.
    • Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
    • Conduct market research to identify new selling possibilities and build prospect lists.
    • Nurture leads through the sales funnel and client lifecycle progression using HubSpot CRM and other sales enablement tools.
    • Stay up-to-date as a subject matter expert in the industry and be knowledgeable about competition.
    • Monitor and analyze daily to continually improve sales performance.
    • Represent the company at external functions such as networking events, trade shows, and business meetings.
    • Utilize a working knowledge of the sales cycle and buyer's journey specific to our target ICP.
    • Embrace sales coaching, structure, self-improvement, and accountability to KPIs.
    • Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, critical thinking, and time-management skills.
    • Exhibit hunger for success, tenacity in goal achievement, resilience to rejection, and positivity in overcoming challenges.
    • Apply practical knowledge of CRM software and MS Office/Google Suite.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
    • Two to Five years of B2B technology/digital marketing sales experience.
    • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
    • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
