JOB SUMMARY: The Pisa Group is the leader in subscription customer service support, we know that customer service and improving customer relationships is important. We have been in business since 1989 with a program that is proven to work. We’re looking for reps to help our growing company. Our inbound customer service efforts include answering customer questions, processing payments by phone, retaining customers, conducting surveys, and otherwise managing incoming customer service related phone calls.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $14.00 per hour
