PROVIDING TELEMARKETING, RETENTION & CALL CENTER SUPPORT SERVICES

 We’re looking for Outbound Call Center Reps. The pay range we’re offering is Hourly plus commission.

• WE OFFER FLEX SCHEDULE WITH FULLTIME AND PART-TIME HOURS.
• WE ALSO PROVIDE PAID TRAINING. NO EXPERIENCE? WE’LL TEACH YOU HOW TO DO IT WELL.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills
• Active listening
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Be able to handle rejection and not take it personally

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
• Maintain quality control requirements
• Follow communication scripts
