We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of our pistachio farm. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with the irrigation systems, leak detection and repair, as well as mechanical skills to maintain and repair farm vehicles and equipment. -Experience in agricultural maintenance or a similar role required. -Basic knowledge of irrigation systems, plumbing and mechanical repair. -Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail. -Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in various conditions. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
