French bakery, with retail, wholesale and catering activities is looking for an Administrative Clerk to deal with its wholesale and catering activities. Full time office position, Monday to Friday, regular office hours. Duties include: - dealing with wholesale customers' orders (daily data entry, creating customers' accounts, customers' follow up, product inquiries); - dealing with catering orders (business catering quotes, individuals' parties menu recommendations, wedding cakes inquiries - answering by phone and email, making quotes, processing payment, organizing deliveries, customer follow up) - various office work duties (POS system, phone answering, printing documents and labels, dealing with food online platforms & menus, making internet researches, overview drivers' daily routes, making production reports, keeping Google calendar updated; Education and Experience: - Bachelor degree minimum or more - Previous work experience required (even if short) in Office position dealing with numbers too or Sales support position Skills: Being the coordinator between our production team and our customers, dealing with admin but also a bit of sales and customer service, you should have the following skills for this position: - speaking a PERFECT English, spoken and written ; - 100% computer savvy (proficiency in Office Excel + Google sheets, formulas, Google calendars, typing, etc) ; - 100% good at math and numbers - Outgoing and not shy at all, speaking easily over the phone, good at problem solving - VERY ORGANIZED - firm attention to details and outstanding organizational skills as dealing with many projects at the same time - Spanish speaking is a plus, French speaking is a plus too - French cuisine basic knowledge, knowledge of bread and desserts are a plus - Need to love food :-) - Personal traits: reliable, multi-tasking, quick learner, positive thinker, smiley, adaptable, flexible, happy to work in a small company
