    Outside Sales Representative – Pittsburgh, PA

    Our client is a leading distributor of plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, and refrigeration products in Western and Central New York, as well as Northern Pennsylvania. Since 1864, they have provided quality products and services at competitive prices. Their success comes from their focus on excellent customer service, a wide range of products, and valuing their employees.

    They are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to grow and support their customer base in the Pittsburgh market. This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys being out in the field, building long-term customer relationships, and developing new business.

    You’ll manage an established territory while also identifying new opportunities, visiting customer job sites, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs. Comprehensive onboarding and training will be provided to set you up for success.

     

    What You’ll Do

    • Manage and grow a sales territory throughout the Pittsburgh area
    • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers while prospecting new business
    • Visit customer job sites and places of business to quote, sell, introduce new products, and promote specials
    • Participate in a structured onboarding and training program at a nearby branch location before transitioning fully into the territory
    • Set and track sales and profit goals in collaboration with sales and branch leadership
    • Submit weekly call plans and maintain accurate territory records
    • Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions

     

    What We’re Looking For

    • Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience
    • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
    • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently
    • Reliable transportation for daily travel throughout the territory

     

    Training Schedule

    New Castle, PA

    • Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
    • Alternating Saturdays, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
