Hello,
I'm looking for a rockstar of an executive assistant - someone who is, organized, and trustworthy with excellent written communication to help with day-to-day tasks in my coaching business. ABOUT YOU:
You should have an absolutely impeccable eye for detail and be a self-starter - someone who can be proactive about things and feels comfortable making decisions on their own after being onboarded properly. This is NOT an entry-level assistant position. YOU SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST 1+ YEARS of experience as an assistant or client coordinator for an executive, business owner, or similar. Please do not apply if you do not have experience. You'll handle business and personal details and be the main point of contact for clients in the business. This includes scheduling and coordination with clients, email and calendar management, meeting summaries, social media posting, and much more, whatever the day brings. It's a remote position, so you can work anywhere in the United States, although preference is given to those in San Diego. We communicate via email, chat, and Slack.
