Business Operations Intern Pivot Point Consulting, a Vaco Company - Nashville, TN Internship Job Summary Business/Operations Intern The Business/Operations Intern will help with the on-boarding of Pivot Point consultants and assist with questions, issues and general overall consultant experience throughout consultants contract. The Business/Operations Intern will be involved with frontline communication with both consultants and clients, and must have a team mentality, strong soft skills, and a high level of attention to detail. The Business/Operations Intern will also be involved with the key, day to day aspects involved with running a business. Key Responsibilities General duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Assist Operations team with consultant on-boarding, expense reconciliations and special projects. Support of Executive Team at Pivot Point and assisting in event and travel planning. Help consultants find answers to their questions about reporting, travel policies, and expense reconciliation.
