Business Development Specialist (San Jose, CA)
Our B2B Business Development Specialist can earn without limits quickly based on their individual performance. You will take charge of developing new business, building customer relationships, maintaining accounts and relationships, and maintaining accounts in the San Jose area. This is a heavy prospecting role selling primarily to the manufacturing, education, healthcare and real estate services markets. You would be spending 50% of your time visiting face-to-face with prospects and customers at their businesses mostly within 50 miles of San Jose. You will be building relationships, maintaining accounts and the rest of the time you would be prospecting, developing quotes and managing your accounts.

Business Development Specialist Preferred Skills (but not mandatory):
-Previous air filter sales or experience selling industrial equipment & services
-Certified Air Filter Specialist Certification (CAFS)
-Military, law enforcement or competitive sports background
-HVAC Service experience
Compensation for the Business Development Specialist role:
Salary plus Commission (no cap), 401(k), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, Paid time off, Vision insurance and more. Sales Behavior Objective bonus program available during your initial six months of employment.
OTE is $92,000 to $110,000 in the first year with an average 11% annual growth rate.
