As a Junior Account Executive, you will learn to monitor weekly results, manage daily client correspondence, and relay client directives to the appropriate teams within the agency. Expected growth to Full Account Executive.
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience either working in an agency environment or having studied marketing, communication, or advertising at the collegiate level.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, organizational, writing, listening, and comprehension skills
A desire to lead in a collaborative way that inspires both the agency and client to do great work
Ability to clearly communicate and assign tasks to all team members
Ability to effectively manage, prioritize, and report on multiple projects simultaneously
Exemplary problem-solving skills, using a sound system of judgment to thoroughly analyze various options before making a decision
Ability to articulate and defend the agency’s recommendations and points of view
Solid understanding of advertising fundamentals, including branding, planning, positioning, strategy
Analytical and quantitative skills with a basic knowledge of marketing research
Solid foundation in Excel and Google Sheets
