    We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and Vice President to coordinate schedules, manage administrative tasks, and support various initiatives within the organization.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and manage schedules for the CEO and Vice President, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

    • Act as a liaison between the CEO, Vice President, and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items.

    • Assist in preparing and editing correspondence, presentations, and reports.

    • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and information.

    • Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.

    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

    • Assist with office management duties, such as ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance requests, and managing office equipment.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives.

    • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive).

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.

    • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

    • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
