We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Graphic Designer to join its Licensed Entertainment Vehicles team. The group is focused on creating new product opportunities for the Licensed Entertainment Vehicles division. This involves creating and communicating graphic design concepts to design and marketing management. The ideal candidate will possess proven graphic design experience showing ability to work on challenging and fun projects as well as ideating new concepts.
This will be a hybrid role with four days in the El Segundo office.
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Actively generate new opportunities to enhance the brand.
- Design and develops graphics for playsets, vehicles and / or advertised lines or segments.
- Builds consensus between members throughout the design process.
- Partner with Development Design, Engineering, Packaging and Cost Engineering to ensure product integrity and marketing objectives.
- Daily communication with Asia partners.
- Successfully present and communicate their concepts to the design and marketing management and creative departments.
- Manage the early phases of design and development with other disciplines within the company.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years professional graphic design experience with multiple artistic styles and the ability to adapt to the individual needs of each project
- Must be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and 2D computer programs.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
- Knowledge of material and manufacturing process a plus
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Ability to project manage and problem solve.
- Ideal candidate will exhibit interest and knowledge of the current trends.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design excellence.
The annual base salary range for this position is between $52,400.00 and $92,000.00.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
