Business Development Manager

Location: Atlanta

Our B2B Business Development Manager can quickly earn without limits based on their performance. You will develop new business, build customer relationships, and ensure client satisfaction in your designated territory.

Air filter sales is great – You sell a consumable product that almost every business needs and reorders on a quarterly, semiannual, or annual basis. Filterbuy is the manufacturer, so our prices are lower, our quality is higher, and our lead times are shorter.

As the Business Development Managers you must:

• Be a relationship builder
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Outside B2B Sales
• Cold-calling experience
• Be able to climb and descend stairs and ladders from 10’-30’ in height
• Have a clean driving record
• Possess reliable transportation (no overnight travel required except for occasional Tradeshows and Team Sales Meetings)

Bonus points for:

• Previous air filter sales experience or experience selling industrial equipment and services
• Certified Air Filter Specialist Certification (CAFS)
• Military, law enforcement or competitive sports background
• HVAC Service experience
• CRM experience

Business Development Managers Compensation:

Salary plus Commission (no cap), 401(k), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, Paid time off, Vision insurance, 401k, and more. Sales Behavior Objective bonus program available during your initial six months of employment. At Plan, Salary plus Commission is $92,000 to $110,000 in the first year with an average 11% annual growth rate.
