    Must Haves:

    • Staffing and/or HR or Business Leadership background
    • Experienced Leader in Sales, Recruiting and Operations – preferably a minimum of 3+ years in staffing
    • Demonstrable track record of success-awards, rankings, KPI accomplishments, etc.
    • Desire to control their own destiny – high degree of independence and personal drive – self-starter.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit with a “do-whatever-it-takes” attitude
    • A proven leader – engaging, motivational and disciplined – leads by example
    • Additional Preferences:

    • A business related degree preferred (BS/MBA)
    • Strong communication skills
    • Humble, hungry and smart – willing to forego some short-term financial benefits for greater long-term upsides (ownership/control/flexibility/profit share etc)
    • Adept at building lasting relationships
    • Has drive and thrives on positively impacting people’s lives (a “people person”)
    • Growth minded – ability and track record to strategically grow/expand the business both organically as well as through additional franchise offices
    • Record of loyalty/commitment (stable work history)
    • Strong work ethic (including attendance and punctuality record)
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
    • Financially astute and experienced in interpreting/analyzing financial statements.
    • Willingness to learn and implement best practices from others
    • Innovative and Solutions oriented mindset
