    Marketing Manager

    Our team is seeking an innovative Marketing Manager to join its team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Events, the Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, branding, and communicating marketing campaigns for a portfolio of programs, including real estate designations, certification programs, and an award-winning Podcast. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for developing ad campaigns, managing member benefits, and creating programs that will help increase member engagement.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage, develop, and implement marketing, communications, and branding strategies for certifications, designations, and other products
    • Track and analyze the success of marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including social media, search engines, and email marketing
    • Collaborate with the Director to develop marketing strategies for membership recruitment, retention, and engagement
    • Review and create new member benefits while managing existing benefits.
    • Assist with the preparation of the annual budget, managing expenses under approved cost centers, and budget reconciliation
    • Write and manage promotional copy for print collateral, e-newsletters, social media, blogs, and websites
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • 5-7 years of experience in marketing or branding
    • Ability to think in innovative ways to find solutions to problems
    • Analytical with the ability to tell a story from the data
    • Excellent writing, editing, communication, and organization skills
    • Results-oriented with high attention to detail, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
    • Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills with a high level of response to all inquiries
    • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
    • Travel required for approx. 15% of this position
